All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Kuwait and to selected international destinations. Shipping availability and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Delivery Time

  • Kuwait: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • International: 5–10 business days depending on the destination.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Any applicable duties or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details so you can follow your delivery status.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. COL is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
